Try to arrange a group get together like a picnic or sports something that will give you the opportunity to get close to him. Tell him a joke or two. See how he responds to your smiling at him.
If he just walks away, it's a no go.
You may have to be friends for a month or so. Then if he hasn't made a move on you, ask if he'd like to go to a game with you or something. You buy the tickets. If he says yes....

Well if you don't think he has a crush on you why confirm your fears? Talk to him. But don't play the dumb blonde role either. Play hard to get. Make him want your sexy ***. But make sure he's worthy of it first.

You never know if you don't try. Don't go super crazy over him. Just act like your normal self and tell him how you really feel. Maybe he likes you to.

dont try to be friends cause if he sees u as a friend he will not go out wit u...just ask him if he likes u ,he wil go out wit u believe me..but if he doesnt there is plenty more men out there that will ,believe me life is too short to wait for someone

If you do not know how he feels then you do need to talk with him. You may not want to tell him your feelings yet, but you do need to talk enough to find out if you have a chance.
Asking him out (a dating situation) may be premature. See if he would join you for a soda or a cup of coffee. Get to know him better and allow you to let him know you.
Honest communication is the key to adult relationships. If you start playing games you set yourself up for years of heartbreak and "looking for the right guy."
