yep! last year and still non smoker

I gave up on jan 9th 2006 still not had a cig. If you want to stop go to www.morningside.co.uk I went from 40-50 a day to zero best £80 i ever spent. I had tried the patches and gum didn't work. But this did.

I gave up nearly 2 months ago now and i feel great

Well apart from the extra 5 stone i put on since.

I eat more cos I can taste it now, I just gotta figure a way out of stopping?

Yes i going to try very hard to Quit this nasty habit with the help of smokers aid.

Yes still not smoking...gave up July 1st after 30years of smoking and i'm really proud of myself.

YES!!I stopped smoking for 2 years when I got pregnant with my daughter.After my husbands grandma passed we both started smoking again.But now I'm tried of it and don't want to be to smelly mommy!

My two sons gave up nearly two years ago when they found out I had cancer.What more of an incentive do you need though.

my dad gave up as a new year resolution in april of 05. still not smoking. if he can do it, so can you!
