I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

First, check with your doctor. There may be a metabolic reason you don't easily lose weight. Once you eliminate that it is a simple matter of eating fewer calories than you burn. Yeah, OK. It isn't so simple. Here's what you do. Look at what you eat, there are calorie charts all over the web, and determine how many calories you are consuming on average. More often than you would believe people find out that they are simply consuming more fat than they realized and that was the whole problem.

After you have taken the time to figure out the calories you consume, look at alternative foods. Eat an apple or other fruit instead of crackers or chips. Weed the fattening foods out of your diet.

While you are doing that, start getting out more. Go for a 30 minute walk every day, walk fast. As time goes by extend it to 40 minutes and so on. Switch from walking to running by starting to run for five minutes of your walk, then ten and so on.

There is nothing magical about losing weight safely. Most of it is common sense.

well if you only have a week to loose 5 pounds and you don't want to starve yourself, do more exercises, eat more through out the day then there is really nothing to do besides take diet pills and i don't think i would choose that route. For that small of weight lose i would recommend drinking a glass of grapefruit juice after every meal " if you don't have acid reflux problems, or ulcers", grapefruit eliminates the body absorbing the sugar from the meal you just had.. thus reducing some of the intact of sugar which turns into fat and water weight. other than that i would drink more water and try to put in a couple more steps in your daily routine.

YOu need to drink alot of water and get you matabolism going! Heres how:
THIS WORKS FOR SURE

this may seem nasty but it works!!!!!!!!!!!! trust me.

1. Drink 1-2 tblespoons of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!(twice daily) this kind of vinegar helps your body burn fat! look it up. (its all over the web)

2. Drink Green Tea. Perferably in the Morning and Evening. This also burns fat by increasing your matabalism. look it up (its all over the web)

3. For breakfast eat = half a grapefruit! grapefruit is great for you and it takes more energy to digest than most fruits. Guess what that means? your body burns more fat!

4. If your really serious take a small amount of water and mix 1/2 teaspoon of CAYENNE Pepper (or more) and swallow that really fast. Chilli Pepper works too. Its not that hot and if you swallow it fast only the back of your throat will burn a little. These peppers make your matabolism go really fast NATURALLY!

5. Pick 3 of the ab workouts from this site http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines...
do 1 of set in the morning of each (after eating your grapefruit and tea) do 3 sets of each, every night! (or more)

6. Walking will help ALOT! walk to your friends house, to the park, around the corner, take your dog on a walk, walk around your house a couple of times, SOMETHING!

7. While watching your favorite tv show do jumping jacks. Youll be so into the show you wont even realize your doing jacks! Take a break during 2 or 3 commercials. Before you start Drink a BIG cup of water. After you finish drink 2 big cups of water in 30 mins.

8. Drink at least half a gallon of water a day.

9. Eat less. Eat healthy. NO SUGAR. (or very very littile of it)

10. Dont weigh yourself. You will have alot of water weight so the scale might not be accurate. Just pinch the fat on your stomach. Notice how much you pinch. Pinch your fat everynight. after a coule of weeks notice how you will start to pinch less and less!

11. Tell me your results!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

You need to eat more often, like it or not, and also to exercise more often and in more diverse ways (again like it or not). It's important that you understand that adopting a healthier lifestyle does require you to make some efforts with self-discipline. And it's also important that you take responsibility for your decisions, whether you decide to keep eating or start dieting. Nobody can push you to do anything, but remember you'll have to be able to live with the result of your actions whatever they are.

The key is burning more calories than you take in. It's that easy. You body burns about 12 calories per pound body weight doing absolutely nothing. 3500 calories = 1 pound. I know everyone says it, but thats because it's true. Exercise more, eat less.
