Why do people blindly follow the traditions of man and the laws of men, then following God(yahweh). Why do so many Christians go to church on sunday and break Gods' blessed, sanctified, and holy rest day with Constantines sunday law to worship Jesus' resurrection? Please dont give me the answer that it says in colassions, to not judge in meat, or on what sabbath day to worship. Why would God write in stone....REMEMBER, to keep the sabbath day holy, its on the seventh day. Why do people go to worship on that day and call themselves Christians and not Hypocrits, please tell me Why. I know we are human and make mistakes, but to not see or want to hear truth is rejecting everything God has done for us what we couldn't do ourselves. ......

You know, He knew what people would do.....So right before he saved us ...HE said, "Forgive them Father for they know not what they do."

Paul was not a hypocrit and the sabbath is in Gods law . Does say anywhere in the bible to keep Sunday (the first day) or Sabbath(seventh)its law. And Jesus told the hypocrits that HE who loves me shall keep my commandments.......right. Please people....all I'm tryin to say is that it is better to trust in god than put confidence in man. psalms 118 8

Keeping the Sabbth day holy means to spend that day in prayer and praise... no physical laboring. It doesn't mean slothing around the house in a bath robe playing Xbox...

Also, that was in the Old Testament. Jesus said in Matthew 12 (The New Testament, which Christians live by) the following...

1 At that time, Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were a hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.

3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was a hungred, and they that were with him;'

4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?'

5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?'

6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.'

7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.'

8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.'

9 And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue:

10 And behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.

11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?'

12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.'

13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand.' And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.

Therefore, according to Jesus, it is okay to work on Sunday but remember to praise God.

One of the reasons was the first church could not worship in the synagogue on Saturday because of the Jews using it.
Its a lot like Christmas we dont celebrate it on Jesus Birthday but we Honor it and keep it holy. God wanted us to have a day of rest and a day to worship him. We Honor that request on Sunday but everyday in theory is his. We don't know exactly when Easter is either but we do know that he arose from the dead/grave on Sunday. We can be legalistic but it does us no good no one ever kept the law and of the three types of law in the ten commandments only the moral law is important since Christ died for our sins.

Why do you think that the standard work week excludes Saturday and Sunday?

Do you actually think that our modern Saturday is still exactly the same as the 7th day of Moses?

Christians celebrated the resurrection on Sunday long before the time of Constantine.

I agree, but Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. A Christian has their sabbath rest in Him, every minute of everyday! This is the meaning of the Sabbath...to remember and dwell on Him and what He has done all the days of your life. Our rest is with Him.

*edit. Psalms 118.8-
It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.

I couldn't agree more.

Colossians 2:16
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Was Paul a hypocrite?

I'll remind you of the importance of COMPASSION. It's not that your points aren't valid. But, in choosing Yahweh, you know that you are in no position to judge anyone, correct? Calm down, it'll work itself out. It always does. You just do you, as that is where our power begins and ends.
