i can't think of anything that sounds good. I have a 2 year old a 3 year old, and my husband.

Well, I don't know about you....but I wouldn't either a 2 or 3 year old or a husband for dinner................ok, that was uncalled for, but I couldn't resist.
My kids like when I take skinless, bonelass chicken breasts and cut them into strips. Dip them in a slightly beaten egg. Roll themin bread crumbs, a little italian seasoning and some parmesan chesse ( and you can always add stuff or take away - mkae it different each time)
then in a large pan I put a thin coat of olive oil and heat til hot. cook the chicken on Med to med high heat turning every fewminuted to lightly brown but not burn. Make sure you cook the chicken all the way through....
My kids love it! I serve it with Ketchup or melted cheese sauce. A veggie and noodles or rice to finish it off.... It
s quick and tasty and everyone loves it

A few things that always work for us
- Spaghetti
- Quesadillas
- Taccos
- Grilled chicken and rice
- Leftover Casserole (throw leftovers in a Casserole dish, put tomatoe or cream sauce from a jar on it (depending on what matches) and add lots of cheese. Bake and serve
