You may need a convertor.

Go to www.tucows.com or www.shareware.com and look for those two formats. You should find a software package that will convert the files for you.

Insert your favorite CD, save the WMA files from there onto the PC in mp3 format, then just load them up on your iPod or to a CDROM to use in a player that has MP3 capabilities.

If you have Nero or Easy CD-Creator, check and see if they offer burning the CD in data format or mp3 format. If you tell it you want an "audio" CD, the default will be to create that in WMA format.
