my freind knows most of the ingredients in the sauce; who can figure out how the dough is made, and what type of cheese?

If money is no object, get a Food Science lab (private one, or at a major university) to assay it for you. Bring them the pizza and let them go at it. Tell them you want a recipe youc an follow to taste exactly the same. They shoudl be able to do it in a few weeks. No idea of the cost, but money talks.

I've worked in Pizza places and other restaurants, as a cook, for years. Chances are I have the recipe for the dough and sauce you seek. What pizza do you wish to make?

It would help to know what pizza you are talking about. Pizza obviously vary from parlor to parlor. If it is a chain you should be able to find something online. Try secretrecipes.com
