In michigan, it's where I live, go to the OTIS webpage, OTIS is the Offender Tracking Information System, if your on yahoo enter OTIS Michigan, when you get to the website you will have to know their first and last name, but it will bring up pictures/offenses of parolees, active offenders, probationers, etc.. It is pretty easy to use but you need to have the first and last name to do so, you cant just go on the website and start surfing through
