If they don't happen immediately one after another a short brake might give you enough time to partially recover from the first enough to handle the second. Other wise you're a goner.

You asked, so I really think I would have a stroke. My life is scary enough for me just as it is and it doesn't take very much to set me off, so I would worry about the stroke, for real.
