I don't think there is a problem with that at all. Nothing wrong with taking your time with things. You have the rest of your life.

kissing happens at certain times. sometimes the right moment doesn't come up or you are still feeling the other person out.
also, just because you go out with someone a couple of times doesn't mean that you are bf/gf, that is about feelings and what the other person wants and what you want. its not like high school where the lable just comes after 3 dates, sometimes it is a lot longer then that.

o.k. the kissing part..never heard about before..you're probably young that's why.
As for going out on dates and still not bf/gf....lol well if you are as young as I think U R...then I will have to put it in a PG13 sort of way....ummmm you can go out on a "dates" with as many ppl as you like...that's why it's called "dating" or "playing the field". You probably don't and won't understand until you get older. Like past the age of 21.

Some people aren't co-dependant. They also don't need to show that they like each other only through intimacy. Some people value talking and realize that when you are old and gray sex doesn't play a part anymore. Get to know your bf/gf your relationship might last longer than 6 months.

1. The best thing about a first kiss is the anticipation. Try it sometime.
2. They are dating. Dating isn't about being committed to someone. Dating is finding out whether or not you WANT to be committed to someone.

Because some people want to know someone before they start a physical relationship. It's called self control! Why do most people act like animals and just do it with anyone?
