one of my best friends met this guy on the net and met him in person. She says he is a really nice guy and he does seem like one. She also told me that she had sex with him and it was her frist time he went really slow and did not push her into having sex. He wold stop when it hurt. But she met this guy like 4 mths ago and he has not asked her to be his gf yet. Even thougth he said He loved her. She thinks it is because he was going to get married last year and his gf cheated on him before they could. But i don't know. What do you guys think. oh and she is 21 and he is 29

Experience wise, a 29 year old has a lot more than a 21 year old when it comes to romantic relationships. Hopefully, this guy is nice, but you have every right to be concerned. This was her first time and she loves him. Just be her friend no matter what. Be there for her no matter what she decides to do.

He may be hurt from the failed engagement. He may be out just to get back at his ex by screwing over other women. She hasn't had enuff time to get to know him.
Now what is your question? The fact that they had sex? He said he love her? Age difference?

she should ask him if they are "exclusive".
If she is losing her virginity at 21 chances are she is ugly or a fat pig.
I would suggest she settle for what she can get, if that means being someone's booty call for the rest of her life then that is her lot in life unless she does something about her appearance.
