the crepe it self doesn't have any real taste but what you put with it will be the main flavor.Don't just limit your self to dessert crepes you can fill them with just about anything and serve them with a salad for a great light lunch or brunch item

Yep, they're great :) there are lots of ways to have them besides sugar and chocolate though: fruit, cheese, jellies or jams, basically endless really. They're not that hard to make either.

Yes, I make them all the time -- yum :)
Learned to make them PROPERLY when I lived in France...it's hard to find good restaurant ones here in the US, most places haven't got a clue :(
