So first Adam and Eve pissed him off so he kicked them out of the Garden of Eden, and sent away their second born son, but still we sinned.

Then he wipes out most of humanity in a worldwide flood to wipe out sin, but that doesn't work.

Then he promotes the Isrealites to commit genocide to takeover "their" land, and then he and "his people" can finally live like he wants us to. That didn't work as much.

So then he gives us his only son Jesus, and basically says, just ask Jesus to let you in, I'm done....and he hasn't done anything since.

But wait God can't make mistakes, so giving us free will (which you cant really give someone, but let's pretend) wasn't a mistake then, it was on purpose, so why try so hard to eliminate those who choose to use their God given free will to par-tay?

The unfastened will argument isn't a o.k. based one. no person has ever talked approximately God utilising the standard potential which includes telescopes or radio receivers. they say we can't notice God because of the fact he exists "exterior area-time". even nonetheless, this will additionally advise that all and sundry factors in time could seem to him at as quickly as, which potential, he could have mandatory to place in writing down all factors in time like a sci-fi author to make certain that issues to artwork then set them alongside at a definite %.. yet because of the fact he writes historic previous, the present, and the destiny like this, humanity would not have unfastened will. And technically, each and every thing that occurs to human beings (homosexuality, homicide, suicide, etc.) is going in accordance to his plan. Tl;Dr: God did no longer provide humanity unfastened will and he's the universes greatest asshole. yet, it somewhat is all assuming that he exists. Which he variety of would not.

No He hasn't given up. The next thing on the list in the end times. It is slowly unfolding, war in the middle east (check), all of the world able to have the knowledge of the Risen Savior (check), the world commerce is becoming as one (check). All we need now is the Rapture and Mr. Antichrist to rear his ugly head and then you will see God in full swing...

No! of coarse not! His plan is still taking place, even as we speak. He has a home for each human that walks on the earth. For some it's heaven. For some it's hell. God hasn't given up on humanity. He's just begun.

No mistake on God's part. Man chose the wrong thing and is spending the rest of it's existence trying to undo that choice. It was man that made the mistake. If you believe in that.

2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

"Therefore in that day the Lord God of hosts called you to weeping, to wailing, to shaving the head and wearing sackcloth.
Instead there is gaiety and gladness, killing of cattle and slaughtering of sheep, eating of meat and drinking of wine; "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we may die."
But the Lord of hosts revealed Himself to me, (saying) "Surely this iniquity shall not be forgiven you until you die," says the Lord God of hosts." (Isaiah 22:12-14)
