"Their was a wise and Gifted man 2000 years ago, who spoke to God. He had many followers of his wise teachings".
Or
"Their was a man born from a virgin mother. He was Gods son. And spoke to God. He had many followers. He could walk on water, turn water into win. He died for us ".
Which one has the WOW factor?
Do you get my point?

I am just saying. It would be easy for people afterwards, to change, add things, take things away from his teachings. Jesus was well know for his mediumship, and his teachings. Being just a normal person, would anyone listen? But making him larger than life would you listen?

Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.
Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.
Thou lovest evil more than good and lying rather than to speak righteousness.

You can read the rest yourself, Psalm 52.

On the way you might like to have a look at Psalm 18/26-27.

i can believe more in the second one. and i do. but i believe more in it and that Jesus is God. john 1:1-14 in the beging was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and the word was made flesh and dwelt among us.

but answere this if the Bible has been the same for at least the last 200 years even 100 years. cause my grandma still had her Bible that was given to her by her mom and it was made in 1876 if you read revelations then why are so many things comming true. my grandma who just passed away about 5 yrs ago said that even 50 years ago people laughed at the thought of having some sort of chip in our hand that would have are info in it. and now they have it. the Bible talked about it before we even had a computer. and let alone the first computers were the size of a house. look up vera chip, and i think there are like 4 names now. infact some people already have chips in there hands. and right now they are trying to pass a national id card. look that up too. you will be amazed. there saying instead of a id card cause you can cut it in half and change the info on it that it would be better to have chips implanted in people. there is also a guy out there performing miracles that the un is trying to get claiming to be either a descendent of budda, Jesus and any of those people. or he is the reincarnation. been healing people and everything. hmm revalations talks about the comming of the antichrist and how he will claim to be Jesus and do miracles

i believe the Bible has been the same since it was first made but just saying the part about 100 yeard because everyone will say it has been the same that long. some say it is so mistranslated and all. like mormons will use that to justify what they believe. but i dont believe that and they have shown it to still be the same over the years. i believe in a powerfull God that created the earth and that he can keep his word the same as well like he said it would.

Why spread lies? I don't believe Jesus was the son of god but I do believe he was a great and wise man. Although I have no evidence to prove anything, its the logical thing to believe.

I think you've missed the point!
The second one is correct and is the amazing story of how God loves each one of us. You're right - he died for us. A whole lot more than just a wise man.

how about phrasing it as follows
one therewas a lead character in a novel who was popular and taught non-violence and love, what the various authors didnt realise is that the mission statements of the afore mention character would be later ammended when it became a bestseller, turning the book into a mis-mash of statements that all contradict each other and say what people want it to say

How about, "There was a man who was born of the One true God, his teachings and wisdom still affects us today 2000 years later, Even at birth he was a miracle, born of a virgin, and his death was no diffrent for he rose from the dead to return to the world of the living proving his omnipotence. for he is the son of the one who calls himself "I AM"

Boo yah!

"A man named St. Nicholas, generously donates time and money to give presetns to children in his city"

Or

"Santa Claus flies to every good child's house in one night on a sleigh guided by flying reindeer. He lives in the North Pole, where elves make presents."

"There was a Prophet, who was miraculous born, without a father, and was one of the Greatest of God's Messegners to Mankind, and he permored many mircles, by the will of God, and came with a mission"
