I'm going to say the eggs and bacon, because I'm on the low-carb Atkins diet. That's what I have every morning, and I've lost 50 pounds so far. Sugar is my enemy.

There's really nothing you could eat EVERY day that's great for you, but almost anything is okay in moderation. I'd go with the eggs and bacon though, the eggs have good protein. The toast and syrup have tons of sugar (carbs) which is energy. And you do need some carbs in the morning, but any you have left over after converting them to energy will just turn to fat :( yuck! Plus french toast and syrup aren't natural carbs like fruit and veggies, so it' even worse. Toss a piece a fruit in with your eggs and bacon and you'd be doing pretty okay.

Well first of all when you make french toast you are using eggs.Secondly syrup is loaded with sugar. The eggs and Bacon are both proteins and proteins need to be replenished in your body everyday. They also are good for the heart muscle. They also help with keeping your energy level up. I would go with the eggs and bacon being better

My Great Grandfather ate bacon and eggs everyday for breakfast and he lived to be 97. French toast and syrup is a lot of carbs and sugar, but the bacon and eggs is protein.

I would say, depending on your diet.

Break the two meals down.

Meal 1: Eggs and Bacon
Meal 2: French Toast and Syrup.

Meal 1 is a protein breakfast, meal 2 is a carbohydrate breakfast. What do you need more for the day? Personally I'd say that meal 1 is healthier for you.

My answer would be 2 eggs and bacon. NO cereal or bread.
No potatoes, pasta, rice, or white sugar either.
The Atkin's diet has made a believer out of my family.
My father in law has lost over 100 lbs and kept it off for 3 years, now. My mother in law lost 65 lbs and kept it off. I've lost 50 so far and my husband has lost 35.
My sister used to weigh 412 lbs. 2 years later, she weighs
165.
All our cholesterol levels are normal. The thing with Atkin's is that
you have to take ALL the vitamins that it says and follow it to the letter, or you will get sick. But, if you can stay on it, its great.

I think two slices of french toast without syrup is the best choice

If you have to choose between the two, then the eggs & bacon would be better.

well the eggs and bacon have more protein probably but it also has a lot of fat. the french toast would have a lot of carbs, which give u quick energy, but needs to sorta be regulated. and both, having eggs, have lots of cholesterol....so niether?
