I have a lot of kiwi's and don't know what to make with them. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you are having people over for New Year's Eve or going to a party get Chocolate Almond Bark (Candy Coating it's called now) and melt it in the microwave. Dip half the kiwi slice in the chocolate and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper and place in the fridge. I made this for a Christmas party once and it was one of the first things gone.

You can make a drink or kiwi soup( this is more of a base to serve other fruits in.. You use gelatin and mashed kiwi...
You can make a jam-
24 kiwis, peeled and mashed
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 apples, unpeeled and halved
4 cups white sugar
Or Kiwi Martini...
The possibilities are endless

fruit pizza
prepared cookie dough roll out to a pizza size and bake according to directions let cool spread cream cheese then slice choice of fruit and arrange in a pretty circles around pizza dough.Top with warmed marmalade so the fruit will keep it's shine.

I always use kiwi in fruit salads..........I just toss them in amongst the other fruit. They're great in strawberry pies too.
