omg dont listen to everyone else.

Color is invisible. it doesnt matter. We all bleed the same color, we all share the same earth, the same sun, and the same sky. Who cares what your cousin thinks?

If you like him, go for it.

It doesnt say anywhere in the bible about "staying in your race"...when the bible was written, everyone was jewish. There were no other colors, just jews. So its impossible for that to be true.
BUT...the bible does say not to judge based on appearence...which, is what they are doing. So they are being un-loyal to the bible themselves.
They are the wrong ones, not you.

racist people make me sick.

The way you phrased that, it sounds like you do not love a human being.

I don't know if it was intentional, but it is certainly mildly ironic. Do what you feel is right... no one else can, or should be able to make this decision for you. Please look at the actual personnality, of which you made no mention here. Instead, you talked about how this person looks, and what he buys you. This is interesting, as it shows a lack of maturity.

Perhaps you are not ready for ANY relationship before you grow up a little bit.

I think if you like each other race should not be an issue. Keep in mind some may not agree with your choice like your cousin and that can sometimes make it difficult to maintain a relationship as it can cause obstacles for you both. But if your determined to be together, it will all work out and you will be happy.

I think you should be able to date whomever you want. So what if they are another race, doesn't mean that are bad. Most people are the same in some ways, who cares if they have a different color of skin or religion. As long as you both are happy, then forget what everyone else is saying.

Do not let something like the color of someone's skin, or their ethnicity be the cause of deciding whether or not you will date them. Things that are on the outside are not what counts. If you like him, and he likes you, then do not worry about what anyone else thinks. I have flesh and blood family members who would be considered outside my race by looking at them. Just remember, at the end of the day, it is only yourself you have to answer to and no one else. It is better to regret the things you have done than the things you did not do. I say go for it!

Go for it, unless you really don't like him. Something as stupid as race shouldn't be an issue when it comes to true love! ;P

Ask him out and tell him how you feel. It does not matter that he is outside of your race. It is the attitude and personallity inside that counts.

If you really like each other why not
The relationship is about you and him
Not you and the world
