Is it possible that if you've been dieting for a while, and when you get to be underweight, it may be hard to gain weight back? I've been eating many fruits, and veggie's, and I've been doing nothing but losing weight. I used to be a bit overweight, and now I'm about 10-20 pounds underweight. Is it possible my body would take a while to gain weight back?

if you are eating the proper food and drinking the right liquids and you are maintaining adequate caloric intake you should not be still losing weight.. and it is not safe to deit that severely with consulting a physician because after you lose a certain amount of weight you shoud maintain by staying in a certain calorie intake per day per meal. some times there is a underlying problem. see a doctor to be on the safe side. problems to look for could be stress, diabetes, hypertension and or diet.

It shouldn't, but you need to add meat and starch (potatoes) to gain weight. To me nothing puts on more weight than bread. Mashed potatoes, gravy and bread will do it.

If weight loss continues - see a doctor. You could be diabetic if losing weight while eating and drinking all you want.

Have a cheeseburger. All those fruits and vegetables will keep you skinny! Maybe have some fries, too. Good luck!
