If you want to deal with constantly fearing if he is cheating or just thinking negatively when you see him with another girl, stay with him. If not you can begin to realize looks ARE NOT everything.
Talk to him and see if he understands your concerns. If it doesn't get through to him, it may be best to move on. Im pretty sure you will fiind someone who is just crazy about you. ;-)

If you know that he's girl-crazy and that's something that you wouldn't be able to deal with, yes break up with him. You first might want to just talk to him about it and let him know that it bothers you. See if that makes things improve and if it doesn't then show him the door.

Girl crazy ppl obviously aren't in any condition to be in a relationship especially when they're still looking and are already in one! I think he needs to be a single dude. lol. So yeah i'd break up, its not worth to try to compete with other people, i'm sure someone out there will like you, for you and be grateful for who they have.

Well, it depends on to-what-degree he is girl crazy. Trust me, aaaallllll guys (straight ones) are girl crazy. But if he's a flirt, then chances are that he'll act on his desires when you're not around. If you're not a fan of being cheated on, you're safer dumping him.

If he hasn't done anything wrong I don't see I reason to break up with him. He is with you for a reason.

that's a tough one. it's hard being with someone who is obsessed with girls in genenral. if he hasn't cheated on you or anything then no. But if his girl obsession is bugging you or making you feel unconfortable then talk to him about it. tell him that you don't likeit and ask if he'll stop. You can't make him not notice girls. you don't just go blind to every cute guy you see do you? but if he dosn't accept how you feel then leave him behind. he dosn't deserve you if can't accept how you feel.

i wouldn't continue going out with him if he checks out other girls or talks to them other than just friendly talk. if he's not willing to be faithful to you then i would get rid of him soon, before he decides he wants someone else. oh, and looks aren't everything. it's what's inside that really counts.

give him a chance u never know what kind of a boyfriend he is until you try it, if u think hes cheating ask him.
