For most Citibank accounts the address is, https://www.citibank.com/us/cards/index.jsp
Citibank has bought out many different national and international financial companies (i..e Associates and Banamex to name a few). It is hard to determine which website to go to for online access. If the address above does not work, look at your statement or call customer service.
