what is the diff between win XP & WIN VISTA...am i going 2 format my compt's or buy new 1 ?

WinXP is the Operating system for your PC right now. Win Vista is new OS that's going to replace win XP. You can upgrade to Vista when it came out. All you need to do is buy the Vista disc and install it on your PC. You don't need to format your pc, however your pc may not meet Vista requirement.
