You can owrk out your healthy weight range by using the formula for BMI (body mass index). To do this you just need to know your height in metres. Most people also know thier weight in Kilos and use the formula to work out if their wieght is healthy or not.

The formula is: BMI = Weight in kg/ (height in m) 2

The healthy BMI is between 20 and 25

So you are about 160cm,

BMI 20 = 51.2kg
BMI 25 = 64kg

Check uot your height exactly, but thats a rough estimate. I range is considered healthier than a certain wieght as everybody is different.

I do not go by the BMI chart, I am 5'2 and a good weight would be 145-150. This is just my opinion. I think around a size 8 is a good size to be.

anywhere between 90 and 130lbs. It's not only about height, but also stature. A 130lbs girl maybe be healthier than the 115lbs girl of the same height, if it is all muscle. It mattters more that you are eating healthy and excersising regularly, that will tell u more.
