After i prepare a dish should i allow it to cool down before wrapping it with a cling wrap ,or should i cling wrap it while it is steaming hot?Should i wait for the food to cold down before placing it in freezer ?

You must allow it to cool before freezing. you cannot put clingfilm wrap on food that is steaming hot. You should not leave food out overnight to cool either. So as soon as it is cool enough to transfer to freezer wrap and label it and dont forget to date it so you will know when it went in freezer.

You should always wait for food to cool down before putting it in the freezer because otherwise the warm food warms the freezer up and defrosts the other food. Also do not freeze food that has prev been frozen.

Don't let the food sit out more than 30 minutes. You CAN put hot food in the fridge but don't cover until it is cold. You can then wrap it and freeze it. Freezing food does NOT make it more fattening.

let it cool before you wrap it up doing this will prevent freezer burning. make sure when you do wrap it up it is tight so nothing is exposed label and date

wait till it has room temperature than you can put it in to the freezer, otherwise you can damage freezer,
and frozen is not as good as fresh as ive read somethere that fresh food aint so fattening as frozen,

DO put it in the freezer and
DON'T put it in the fridge. OK
