I am not fat but I wanted to know how to get rid of it for my friend! ( She does not have computer)

Well first of all she needs to not be so hard on herself - after all she didn't gain the weight overnight so she shouldn't expect an overnight cure. That being said a sensible adjustment of her current diet to a realistic standard (http://www.mypyramid.gov/) and a plan with foods she enjoys will be much more successful than any program out there. She should also look into a women's gym like Curves for a good exercise plan or join the Y for water aerobics (less threatening than the big gyms). She needs to start slow and reduce fats and dense sugars as well as increase her activity level. Once she modifies these things she will loose weight and keep it off. Any dietitian will tell you plans (like Weight Watchers/Jenny Craig) work, but only while you pay for them. If you want a program that works for life design it yourself - who knows you better. hanna montana... lol dont worry i watch that show too. neways, "ur friend" should just start playing a sport and excersize that way so its fun. or she could jsut do crunches and eat heathly all day but that isnt very fun.
