i used to own a 95 intrepid, replaced the radiator on it, now own a 01 intrepid and have done major coolant system work on it.. DO ALL YOUR OWN WORK ON THIS CAR!!!
i would definitely suggest going out and buying a Chilton's manual... they're about $20 or $30 but well worth the money you will save instead of taking it to any shop.
its not that hard to replace the radiator, just make sure your coolant is totally cooled off before you start... seen my buddy try and take one out while still hot and he ended up with wrapped hands for about a month!!!
i would also suggest flushing the coolant while you have the radiator out so you wont have floaties in your coolant

I'd suggest you go to your local library and check out a service manual (or Chilton's) and try to find the information or simply go buy the Chrysler manual from the dealer. There are also other books, which are manufacturer-specific available in bookstores which spell out the procedure step-by-step. Trying to explain the procedure in a forum such as this is difficult (nearly impossible), since the pictures in the books, service manual and Chilton's make it so much easier to follow the procedure.
