DONT be a looser and buy one. DONT watch the saddos on the 'shopping channels', who when the second the cameras stop rolling don't touch these 'excersise machines'. Can you imagine how many of these sort of things just get shoved in to the loft, or pushed under the bed collecting dust. BUY a 24 pounds weight MOUNTAIN BIKE, and get your butt in to the wilderness and ride. A lot more fun than home gym .... which is BORING and unrewarding.
