Why should you feel guilty about what you did? You were both adults, you both wanted it, he was after all an extra cute guy that wanted you and you wanted him as much. Why do you have to explain something so natural? She would do exactly the same thing if she was in your shoes.

Tell her just what you did. If she finds out from him of someone else she will be hurt. You still might lose her as your friend, but that life. Was it just sex, or are you two an item now?. Either was she should know.

You and your best friend's uncle are in the same age group. My opinion is don't say nothing is your affair business, nobody has to know nothing unless if he is married then you should be in guilt.
