I know either has its advantages and disadvantages. But one of Plasma's disadvantage is reflection of bright objects like ceiling light, oposite windows etc. Does the reflection effect the visual a lot?

Yes, reflection of light on the screen does matter....particularly with plasma screens that don't have a non-reflecting coating. Early LCD screens had less of a problem with that, but were also prone to the picture on the screen being less visible as you moved more away on an angle from being directly in front of the screen. The newer LCD's seem to have overcome that problem so that the screen image is clear even at wide angles from perpendicular to the screen. Your question asked, "which one is better", though, and my answer would be the LCD TV's on today's market.

Is there a difference in picture quality between plasma and LCD screens and normal CRT TVs?
It's not what's happening behind the screen that's important - it's how the screen performs as a television that matters the most. In that regard, both plasma and LCD sets produce excellent pictures, although many home entertainment specialists and gamers still say CRTs produce the best overall images (although plasmas and LCD sets are quickly catching up in terms of quality)

There is some Plasmas better then LCD and some LDC better then Plasmas.
It all depends on the TV and the Picture. If you put a good LCD and a good Plasmas side buy side not much differance at all. You have be right to it to see. All though some Plasmas 50" and above do look better the most LCD.
And LCD and Plasmas have about some life know.
I have LCD it nice.
Some Plasmas are little more in price.
