your daughter's best friend should have known it would have been hard for her. she was wrong to start going out with your daughter's ex-bf. tell ur daughter that she should just talk to her friend and tell her how she feels. if she values the friendship that much then her friend should be close enough to understand. also, if her friend chooses the boy over your daughter then she wasn't a good enough friend.
good luck!

If your daughter feels comfortable still being in this "circle" no problem. Only she can answer this question as it will change from day to day. These "friends" are only part-time. This "guy" knows this and is taking advantage of the situation. Since you did not say how old they are I am quessing teenagers and since they are teenagers... give your daughter room to breathe and grow.

Try and convince your daughter that she is going out with a loser whose only aim is to take advantage of her as he did take advantage of the circle of friends as you call it.

The best thing you can do is keep your nose out of your daughter's business.

I personally would let her handle this situation by herself. Someone elese stepping into this could make it worse for her. Just let her know that you love her, care for her, and will always be there if she needs help.
