I found some old (30+ year old) slides of a foster sister, but apparently moisture got to them and now they're covered with mold. Is there a product that will clean this off?

No, there really isnt any one product that you can use to lift the mold from slides. In fact it is really hard to remove mold from slides, and what is worse is that they are eating away at the photographic emulsion. The best thing to do right now if they arent totally destroyed is to have them scanned. If there is still enough emulsion left you can have the images digitally restored in Adobe Photoshop.
here are two articles on the subject of mold and slides, in the first article they seem to have a practical solution to mold removal.
