There's a program called "GoldWave" that does an excellent job of converting files from one format to another, such as WMA to MP3. The present version is free to try and then requires a $45 fee to buy. But, older versions that do the same thing are available at the below link. Good luck.

reformat them with iTunes, it does them quick and fast or look for Power mp3 to wma on Yahoo
