*A Direct flight is like where the plane lands people get off and then get back on while you stay in your seat for half an hour kinda like Southwest Airlines.

Isn't that kinda like the MasterCard commercial trying to put a value on happiness?
Usually it's worth it to me to take a non-stop flight - it's less wear and tear on my aging body.
I'd take the non-stop flight up to $100 more than the connecting flight.

Hi Sebastian,
The question would be more... How happy would you be to have very few destination with non stop flights versus much more destinations with direct flights... I am afraid the logic of Hub, and multi stop with an airline is a fact.

I would pay about $35 more for a nonstop flight, but I actually like making connections because I can get a lot more miles on my frequent flier account.
