$3-5 billion, in total cash loans(that are forgiven by Congress every damn time) as well as military equipment/training aid. Now that Israel has publicly announced its nuclear capability, the US cannot technically lawfully send aid to Israel anymore. Until they allow IAEA inspectors into Dimona and wherever else they're making nuclear weapons, the US is bound by treaty and international law not to send aid to nuclear states that haven't allowed inspectors in. We should demand our $billions back, paid directly to the American taxpayers from whom that aid was stolen.
