I used to like this boy. I found out he had a gf and i got a bf so i stopped liking him. Now him and his gf broke up. About 2 days ago he called me and we got to talking and next thing i know he asked me out. I told him i would i have to tell him when we got off X-mas break. Well that is the 3rd of January and i need advice like now. Please help me. Note: im only in 8th grade.

I say go for it. If you really like him then go on the date (if u r allowed to). Cause one day when you are 21, 25, or 30 you will look back and wonder what if....
When you get older, this is something you shouldn't do when you are in a committed relationship.
Just don't have sex.

Considering your age, I would most likely guess that things aren't really too serious with the current bf. If that is the case and you harbor feelings for the new guy and he also likes you, why not take a chance with him. You have to consider if going with the new guy is worth the risk because you do not want to make a mistake of losing your bf now but then again, if you are considering breaking up with your current boyfriend, it most likely isn't fulfilling enough for you anyway and will most likely end in time. If you like this guy, take the risk because you don't want to miss your opportunity and realize that you should have went for him after it is too late. You only live once and sometimes it better to take a risk then play it safe and wonder 'what if?' Take care and good luck...

You don't want advice from adults but from people your age that at best have the same question as you. For me it sounds like you got everything under control. You got until Jan. 8th to figure out what you want to do. But my guess is that you are still with your b/f and so you are confused on what exactly to do. Do what you want in that case. You know it would be wrong, but hey if that don't matter to you I say go for it. Let me know what happens. I wanna be able to laugh at you because wrong always leads to disaster.Especially when you are young.

Just chill for a little while see what happens between you and your bf now, if for some reason it breaks off then try talking to the guy that still likes you.

If you still have a boyfriend leave him alone. If both of you are seperated get to know each other by talking on the phone before any dates, he may/maynot be what you expected so getting to know him better first will make things less complicated. AND DONT LET HIM PRESSURE YOU INTO SEX.

ok girl you said no adults sorry i really don't consider myself as and adult but any ways age doesn't matter. look if you like this boy and he is better than the one you have now well try dating this one but as friends just to see how he is like. and to make sure he won't go back to his gf later on. then choose the one you like more and dump the other one. It is that simple.

If you want to date him...do it! Make sure you don't hurt someone! If you have a bf and that's an exclusive thing it's not nice to date the other guy but when if not at your age is the time to make those kind of mistakes?

well im in the seventh grade so ill help u out as best as i can. well if u like the guy that asked u out better than ur bf, i say dump ur bf and go out with him. its middles school and relationships usually dont last that long in middle school!!! ill ask u a question... have u ever heard of middle school sweethearts.. no. just go out with the one u like better and dump the other one. u should have fun in eighth grade and not regret not going out with someone. im in 8th grade to and if you like him then go for him maybe things could work out but if you dont think that it could work out go tell him to screw a tree, if you still go out with the guy you went out with and you like him stay with him its all what you think and how you feel things could be i know that you want advise but sometimes it comes best from you
