As long as the quiet, laid back, shy girl has good things to say when she does open her mouth and doesn't have crippling self-esteem issues, she's okay with me.
As long as the flirty, upfront, really self-assured girl has valuable things to say and doesn't vocalize for the sake of attention-whoring, she's okay with me.

Nice and quiet and attractive, yet not in a arrogant way. Girl next door beauty, no trophies for me. Shy, yet adventuresome in the bedroom. Quaint, but not a neat freak. Intelligent, yet not smartalecky. I don't ask for much, huh?

Most men want an outgoing female in their own personal company and a shy female in public. (especially around other men.) I think most women seem to be the same way. I do believe in innocent flirtation, but some people seem to be worried about something called an emotional affair. Of course, no one wants to be around a stick in the mud.
