Cross your arms and place each index finger on each side of your nostrils. Now the trick is to uncross your arms and fingers without removing them from their original place.

Best one to explain it wins 10 pts.

(note:Works really better when you show it to someone in person rather than reading the instructions)

GOT IT!

Cross both of your arms in front of you. Then extend your wrist back and make a V shape with both of your index fingers. The left index finger should be on the right nostril and the right index on the left nostril. Uncross both your arms and fingers.

First you put your hands in front of you. Turn them so that the pinkies are facing you instead of the thumbs.(make sure that your palms are facing outwards) Next you clasp your hands together. With your hands still clasped, extend your index fingers.( If you're doing it right they should form a "v" shape) Just move your clasped hands nearer to your face till your index fingers touch your nose(your fingernails should be touching your nose) Now unclasp your hands.
