my hair lately has thined out. what shampoo can i use to restore my think hair?? it also falls out...can anybody help me?

try using Paul Mitchell Volumizing Shampoo, or other salon types of volumizing shampoo. Or try using Garnier Fructis strengthening shampoo, email me if u need further products :)

have the same problem here. Protein (lean meat...vegetables...fruits...) is what makes your hair more healthier. When you hair is falling out, that is a sign that your body is reallllly lacking in protien. And You can take hair vitamin pills (as long as it's reccomended by ur doctor). I've been doing those two for about a month and half now..it's working, not to the degree i want it, but still it works. Don't expect fast results..to see results..you gotta wait more than a month...

Use Pantene ProV Restoring Shampoo and Conditioner. It really "restores" your hair.

Question: Do you have any chemical damage to your hair like over processed damage ((ie: colored or bleached hair))
You may want to try a reconditioner they sell at any store or any hair store.((ie: sally's walmart ect,)) Its a leave in conditioner you put in your hair for about five minutes.If you use a cap and heat the area while waiting it tends to give great results!
For thining vitamins may help.

I'm not sure about what kind of shampoo, but I would try some hair and nail vitamins. You can find them at your GNC.
