i want to lse 10-15 lbs. what is the best, healthy way to lose a good amount of weight? please real answers and would like a plan or other people's plans. thanks!!

Well, what I did was drink plenty of water, and ALL of my meals consisted of liquids & fruit. NO sugar, no salt, nothing else. I also walked about 2-3 miles per day. This will get the weight off probably in less than a month, but please make sure you take some kind of vitamin or supplement & get plenty of rest. This is not recommended as a long-term diet, but it will work. I hope it works out for you, and good luck!!!

In order to lose weight and keep it off you must develop a healthy lifestyle, which means eating "real" food and excercising regularly. Figure out how many calories your body needs to maintain its weight and then create a defecit through cutting back some and excercising. Excercising has an effect on the number of calries you need. I suggest eating six small meals a day, consiting of lean proteins, such as chicken, fish and turkey, fruits and vegetables, healthy fats ( like small amounts of olive oil and natural peanut butter), and healthy carbs ( whole wheats). Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Crash dieting is a BAD idea, so don't resort to not eating at all. You will at some point, not lose weight and also screw up your metablosim. Remember, some weight training speeds up your metabolism o pick up those weights!!

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more

Go onto ediets or another website that gives you meal plans. I use sparkpeople.com, its free and they give meal plans and motivation and exercises to help you. Lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks when I started.
