I wouldn't breed litter mates or siblings from other litters that have same parents. You get inbreeding issues.

Like Cockerspaniels that are inbred tend to have more ear and temperament issues. Hip and other orthopaedic issues.

It's actually better to not breed at all. There are way too many dogs and cat out there that will never find homes and will be destroyed. Spay or neuter your dog and adopt instead.

Avoid in-breeding of any sort.
In-breeding is complicated.
Yes in a certain situation they could have the same parents.
I'll explain:

A breed=1st breed B breed= 3rd breed
/ or \=breeding markers

A: variable number of pups,(pup in question)

Male-female------------2nd breed
\ \ / / \ |
\ / / \ |
-----pup(male)-------pup of second breed
(female)(mates with Male of A)
--------B:
\
\
pups

Therefore, in word explanation, the parents of the A breed mate
and then if a male from that breed mated with the female mother
then you would get breed 2 then if a female and a male from breed 2 would mate with the female of the A breed which would in
turn make the pup have a parent from the first litter and one from the third litter if I'm wrong, then i obviously didn't understand the question
