i work with this guy who i hav been attracted to for a long time..i don't always see him, he is shy..about a year ago we started talking about snow skiing and so on,, well today i saw 3 times and he waited to talk to me..how do i let him know i m intrested or should i leave it alone?

Leave it alone unless you are prepared to lose your job tomorrow. Dating co-workers is never a good idea. It can only end up in you or him quitting the job, or one of you filing sexual harassment. I've seen this before, and it's not pretty. Be prepared to lose your job over this.

wow that sounds like an interesting relationship. since u believe he is shy, u have to be the man in the relationship and ask him out. walk up to him and ask to grab a drink with u after work, if he is interest he'll go and yall hopefully will have a great time!! if u are willing to go and be the man instead of the grl in the relationship, then i say go for it!!!!! I say go for it ! You will never know if you don't. At least this way if he does feel the same way you can never look back and say I wish I would have just gone for it. Hey I did and 3 years later we are still together.Wish you luck!

So go talk to him---you just never know what will take place. if you dont want to meet him somewhere private, then go to a restaurant where you will be in the public. If ya click---great if not oh well it just wasn't meant to be.

Maybe you should ask him out for coffee.(if you like coffee)Then if he seems okay with everything,tell him.Just don't blurt it out that may scare him a bit.
