-The oil in mango sap can cause an itchy skin condition called allergic contact dermatitis.

Mango doesn't *cause* any allergies.
If you are allergic to mango, you'll have a reaction (inflamed or red skin, runny eyes and nose, maybe trouble breathing) when you eat it or use it topically...but that reaction is caused by YOU, not by the mango :)

Mango does not cause any alergic, however since mango is very much sweet and sweetness is energetic and has strong effect on blood and TOO MUCH USE of mango can resluts in big pimples on skin. Otherwise it has NATURAL SUGER in it and is very tasteful and good to eat.
