It means that the person is astral projecting. Everyone does this all the time, but most people only do it in their sleep, and don't remember. Others can do it in their sleep, and they do remember. Still others can even do it when they are awake. But, if you can see the person, then you are very psychically sensitive, because an astral body is almost on the same plane as a ghost or spirit, and would be invisible to most people in the physical plane.
