Losing 50lbs. in 2 weeks is not healthy, no matter what kind of workout you use. You should focus on losing weight in smaller increments every week. A 50 pound weight loss should become your long term goal.

two weeks is pushing it for 50 pounds. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Not only is this goal completely unrealistic, but it is completely unhealthy and dangerous! A zero calorie diet is not a diet; it is anorexia. Adding laxatives to it makes it even more dangerous as that would be a form of bulimia. It sounds to me like your focus she be less on losing weight and more on figuring out why it's so important to you to lose the weight. Water would essentially be the only thing entering your body with any nutritional value and even that holds very little value when you are using laxatives. You are going to completely dehydrate yourself and become very seriously ill. I would recommend you seek psychological attention immediately.

o.k lets say that you can, well you shouldn't that can be very harmful to the body, if you are looking for the perfect body you will never achieve it that quickly and if you did can you imagine the stretch marks and lose skin you would have from losing it that fast. Trust me don't do it. the best weight loss should only be 2-3 pound per week.
Come on now stay healthy

You didn't pack on 50 lbs in two weeks, so you can't expect to lose it in two weeks. Its not healthy nor recommended for you to even try it. You will overtrain, burn out then crash. You will likely be 10 lbs heavier!

Well...Lets see...If you did not eat, drink and pretty much lived in a sauna for the next two weeks you still would not loose 50 pounds. I do not think that you can, and be safe.

I admire your enthusiasm, but c'mon... lets be realistic here, 50 pounds in two weeks is not realistic nor healthy. Go for steady weight loss over a long period of time.
***Good Luck Anyways***
