yes actually 2 pound per week is reasonable, you should be able to achieve this just by cutting down on the amount of junk food you eat and exercisiing for at least 20 minutes per day who knows you may even lose more.

4 pounds in 2 weeks is very reasonable. Try drinking water instead of soda and juice. Counting calories may help too. Try eating about 1500 calories per day and exercising for 1 hour at least 5 days a week and you could lose that 4 pounds in 2 weeks. good luck.

You need to burn 12,000 calories more than you consume in 2 weeks to drop the four pounds. That is about an 860 calorie deficit per day for 2 weeks. Eat less but better foods and exercise. Cut out all sweets and junk food. Keep moving like working around the house and yard. You can do this.

Do the Special K diet! Eat 2 bowls a day for 2 meals, eat a healthy snack and one regular meal and you are supposed to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks!

Drink 4-5 bottles of water a day. Eat fruit for breakfast. Eat a Smart One for lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner in moderation. It helps if you eat on a small saucer instead of a dinner plate.

yes this worked for me in 8 days, drink only water and coffee or diet dr. pepper, eat salads any raw veggies wheat bread with any kind of meat. just DONT eat anything that is white and stay away from any sugar.

grilled chicken breakfast lunch dinner with water only and aerobics (that's how you can get ready to lose weight to go into the military too!)
