its not bad to do it but its not really a good idea because washing your hair everyday takes out the oils that keep your hair and scalp from drying out

no its not if u r using a good type of shampoo like paul mitchell or something from the salon. but if u r using regular cheapo drug store shampoo u might b stripping the natural oils away from your hair, drying it out, or over moistureizing. Pay attention to the way ur hair looks when u shampoo it every day and try to decide urself :)

-good luck wit dat

It will take some essential oils out of your hair. If you are used to washing your hair everyday and you feel dirty if you don't, then I recommend using shampoo one day, and th enext day only using conditioner. That way your hair is clean everyday, but the essential oils are not all washed out.

It depends. Supposely you are supposed to wash your hair everyother day, so you don't damage your hair. But if you have oily hair, ofcourse you have to wash it everyday, to take off the excess oil and dirt.

It depends, if your scalp is greasy you should wash it every day. There are mild shampoos for everyday use.
