If you have an allergy to mangos you would typically suffer one or more of the following:

sore throat
swollen throat
difficulty breathing
rash

Allergies are very treatable. First of all, avoid anything with mango. Yes, that means all lotions, soaps, shampoos, yogurt, ice cream, teas... everything that has mango in it... not just the whole fruit.

A doctor/allergist would be able to give you the best treatment options. The treatment options will be dependant upon your reaction. If you have difficulty breathing, and epi-pen will most likely be prescribed. If you get a rash, hydrocortizone creme will be suggested along with AVENO baths for discomfort.
