I would tell the guy to ask her out if he likes her. Most women want the man to make the first move. If he doesn't then she thinks he's not interested in her. Women want confidence, if a guy isn't confident enough to talk to her then he's not the right guy for her. It doesn't matter if he's nervous or shy, as long as he builds enough guts to make the first approach.

Hm. It really depends on the fellow's personality. Is he chummy with a lot of girls? If so, he may not like her that way, it might just be a good friendship. And if that's how it is then their friendship could lose ground if she asks him out without him liking her back.

Well, some men are intimidated by a strong woman. They are not normally worth the effort. She should askt the guy out. He may be relieved not to have to do it...it can be quite intimidating. If he doesn't like it...he's not worth it. Trust me.

well maybe she doesn't want to ask him out because of this stupid "girl code stuff" you know saying that girls shouldn't ask guys out. well who really cares. i think if your friend really likes this guy she should go for it.

what if he was a steak? would she go to a restaurant and sit there until the right steak jumped on her plate? or do you order what you want. as i've said before be BOLD not EASY - big difference.
