Jesus was a Jew with olive skin and Jewish features. He was not a white Anglo Saxon. To say we are made in God's image has nothing to do with our physical image. If it did, the woman would not be a part of that definition. God's image speaks of the soul.

Yes it is evidence that god is made in the image of the worshipping culture. I'm sure that if Christianity had spread to China during the 1st century CE Jesus would have looked similar to the Chinese just as Chinese Buddha looks nothing like Indian Buddha even though they are the same person. If we can do this with the physical image I'm sure it can be done with the personality and acts of the person.

I see that you have not read your bible. For if you had you would know that a white Jesus is the product of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. I can see why most white people would want a White Jesus. To justify the wrong that a part of the white race has done to its fellow man. But the truth is Jesus is not white. And if you take the time and read your bible it will tell you that fact.. I am not here to argue any point. But I do read the bible and I accept the true facts that Jesus is not a white man. Jesus is totally black thru and thru and all the white wishes in this world won't change that fact. And .. And also remember that the color of Jesus is in the eyes of his beholder and that beholder was a white artist and a member of the Catholic Church And they only allowed Blacks in because of their money period...........................
They even turned people that defeated them white. Please do your own research just so you will know that I am speaking the truth......... And I not just someone that is willing to lie a lie......................
