A long time ago i misplaced my USB cord for my C315 Easyshare Kodak camera and last week I thought i found it. When I tried plugging the cord into the camera it wouldn't fit. Thinking that I had found the wrong cord I went to the webpage for Kodak and was going to order a new one but i realized that the cord that was displayed on my moniter looked identical to the cord that would not fit into my camera. I tried once more to put into my camera, but it would just not go in. I dont want to break but i dont to just waste 25 dollars. Has this ever happened to anyone out there?? WHat did you do to fix the problem?? Please help me and serious answers too!!
thanks!! ;)

You might have a bad cord. If someone stepped on it, it might have bent where it connects. First, try turning it around and see if maybe you were trying it the wrong way. If it still doesn't work, get another cord. If you're still having problems, then it might be where the camera connects, and that should be covered under your warranty.

If that cord came with your camera, then it should also be covered under at least the store's return policy, if not the warranty. Take the camera and cord to the store and have them help you with the problem. If the cord's no good, they should replace it free.

There is a fairly subtle difference between the two major cable types. One is more squarish on the end whilst the non-kodak one has a little curve on each side. Look more carefully and see if this is in fact the right cable. My local supermarket carries a universal adapter cable here in Australia for about $8. It has all sorts of ends that plug into it.

im not sure, but this may help. Why would you need to buy it when you can get it for free? I just entered these sweepstakes and got Canon camera for no charge. I couldn't believe it. You can also get a Sony or Kodak camera, but I like Canon a lot better.

Check this site out! You just need to enter your Zip Code.
