Ears, Nose and Throat are all connected. If you have a cold or stuffy sinus' it can effect your hearing and make your ears feel clogged up. Using a nasal spray such as Affrin, Ocean or even prescription Flonase or such, will offer you some releif.

If your sinus' hurt (feeling pressure below/above the eyes) then you should go see your doctor as you most likely have a sinus infection. They will treat you with a course of anitbiotics such as Amoxicillian, Penicillan, Zythromax or Levaquin to clear your sinus.

Oh yes, and instead of sniffing... always try to blow your nose. Get that crud out! :)

You have boogers man. Your ear and your sinus are connected so when you sniff you pull in boogers together making your ears get clogged up.

sounds like congestion to me - try a decongestant & if that doesn't work a dr visit -- good luck!
